MEDIA RELEASE & CONSENT AGREEMENT

 

1. Grant of Rights

I grant Armogan and its representatives the unrestricted right to:

• Photograph me
• Record video of me
• Record my voice and audio
• Use my likeness, image, appearance, statements, and performance

for lawful business purposes including but not limited to:

• Marketing and advertising
• Social media content
• Promotional campaigns
• Website content
• Educational materials
• Training materials
• Livestreams and online media
• Printed publications

2. Ownership of Content

I understand and agree that all photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and related media created by Armogan shall remain the sole property of Armogan Consulting & Training LLC.

3. Compensation Waiver

I understand that I will receive no compensation, royalties, or payment for the use of any media captured under this Agreement.

4. Editing & Use

I authorize Armogan to edit, crop, modify, reproduce, publish, distribute, or otherwise use media containing my likeness without further approval.

I waive any right to inspect or approve final media products or advertising materials.

5. Release of Claims

I release and hold harmless Armogan Consulting & Training LLC and its representatives from any claims related to:

• Defamation
• Invasion of privacy
• Right of publicity
• Emotional distress
• Misuse of image or likeness

arising from lawful use of the media described in this Agreement.

6. Revocation

I understand that I may request removal from future recordings in writing; however, I acknowledge that Armogan may not be able to remove or retract media already published, distributed, or shared prior to such request.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

8. Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that:

• I have read and understand this Agreement
• I voluntarily consent to recording and media use
• I am at least 18 years old, or a parent/guardian has signed below
