Terms of Service, Participant Agreement, Privacy Notice & Cancellation Policy (Read-Only)

These Terms of Service, Participant Agreement (including Fitness Liability Release and Background Review terms), Privacy Notice, and Cancellation Policy (“Agreement”) govern all use of Armogan Consulting & Training LLC (“Armogan,” “we,” “us,” “our”) websites, online courses, communities, coaching programs, background review services, and fitness programs (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
This page is read-only. Consent is collected separately at checkout, where users confirm they have reviewed and accepted these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Armogan Consulting & Training LLC provides:

• Educational and coaching programs for police candidates and public safety professionals;

• Fitness and readiness programs designed for law-enforcement-style conditioning, including the Armogan Police Physical Readiness Program (PPRP) and the Armogan Police Physical Readiness Certified (PPRC) credential;

• Public Information Review and Full Background Information Review services that allow clients to review their own publicly available information for accuracy, awareness, and preparation.

All Services are for education, coaching, and self-development only. Armogan does not guarantee employment, certification by third parties, or admission to any academy or agency.

2. Eligibility, Accounts & Conduct

• You must be 18 years or older to purchase or participate.

• You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.

• You may not copy, distribute, resell, or exploit any content or Service without written authorization.

• You may not use the Services for illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes.

3. Program-Specific Terms

A. Coaching & Course Access

• Online courses and community memberships are intended for personal educational use.

• The Police Candidate Coaching Community includes access to two weekly live group fitness sessions and the PPRC readiness track at no extra cost.

• 1-on-1 Coaching includes all community benefits plus individualized coaching.

• Armogan may record live sessions for internal quality assurance and to provide replays to eligible members.

B. Fitness Programs & PPRC Certification

Participant Agreement & Liability Release

Voluntary Participation
Participation in any Armogan fitness program or activity is voluntary. You confirm you are physically capable of participating and have consulted a healthcare provider as needed.

Assumption of Risk
You understand that physical training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death. You voluntarily assume all risks and agree to exercise within your limits and maintain a safe environment.

No Medical Advice
Armogan’s programs and instructors provide general fitness education only and do not offer medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Armogan Consulting & Training LLC, its owners, officers, contractors, and affiliates from all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in live, virtual, or recorded sessions, including ordinary negligence.

Safety Guidance
Instructors may provide safety reminders during sessions. Participation indicates acknowledgment and acceptance of these advisories.

PPRC Certification
The PPRC credential may require you to meet specific standards or demonstrate measurable improvement, verified by an authorized instructor. Armogan reserves the right to update these standards to reflect current professional norms.

Recordings & Media
By participating in any session, you consent to being recorded for replays, internal training, and, where separately authorized, promotional use.

C. Background Review Services

Public Information Review & Full Background Information Review

Purpose
These Services help you review your own publicly available records before applying for law enforcement or related positions. They allow you to identify potential discrepancies or outdated information before they become issues.

Nature of Service
You are purchasing a review and coaching service, not a resale of data.
As part of that service, you will receive a copy of the compiled public information reviewed for your personal reference. Armogan does not resell public record data; the product is the review and guidance provided.

Not a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA)
Armogan is not a CRA under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and does not issue “consumer reports.” The information provided is not for use in employment, credit, housing, or insurance decisions by any third party.

Accuracy & Completeness
Public records may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Armogan does not guarantee accuracy and advises you to verify directly with official record holders.

Your Responsibilities

• Use your report only for personal self-review and coaching.

• Do not distribute or use the report for any FCRA-regulated purpose.

• Ensure the records reviewed pertain to you.

Identity Verification
Armogan may request verification to confirm identity before processing any review service.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

• Prices and program details are disclosed at purchase and may change prospectively.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.

• Payments are non-refundable once processed unless otherwise stated on a product page.

• Payment plan commitments must be completed in full.

• Billing disputes must be submitted through the Contact Form before initiating a chargeback.

5. Intellectual Property & Limited License

All course materials, documents, videos, designs, and marks are the intellectual property of Armogan Consulting & Training LLC.
You are granted a limited, revocable license to access and use them for your personal development.
Reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

6. Testimonials, Recordings & Likeness

• Live sessions may be recorded for playback to members or for instructor development.

• Testimonials voluntarily submitted may be used by Armogan for marketing or educational purposes.

• You may request that future use of your likeness in promotional materials be discontinued via the Contact Form.

7. Disclaimers, Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

• No Guarantees: Results depend on personal effort, experience, and discipline.

• Fitness Risks: You acknowledge inherent risks in exercise and participation.

• Background Review: Reports are provided “as is,” and Armogan does not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.

• Limitation: Armogan’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service.

• Exclusion: Armogan is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Armogan Consulting & Training LLC, its affiliates, and personnel from all claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from your misuse of Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.

9. Privacy Notice

Information Collected

• Personal and contact information (name, email, billing data)

• Program usage data (attendance, course progress)

• Background Review data you provide for analysis

• Device data (IP address, browser type) for analytics and security

Use of Information
Your data is used to deliver Services, manage accounts, process payments, improve content, ensure compliance, and provide customer support.

Sharing
Armogan does not sell your data. We may share limited information with trusted third-party providers (e.g., Kajabi, Stripe, Calendly) to process payments, host platforms, and provide functionality, under strict confidentiality agreements.

Retention & Security
Data is retained only as long as necessary for its intended purpose or required by law, using encryption and access controls for protection.

Your Rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete your data, or restrict processing, via the Contact Form on our website.

10. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and analytics tools to enhance user experience and site performance. You may disable cookies through your browser, but certain features may become unavailable.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Circumvent security or copy course content;

• Share login credentials or resell access;

• Upload defamatory, illegal, or infringing materials;

• Use background information for FCRA-regulated purposes;

• Misrepresent affiliation with Armogan.

Violation may result in account termination.

12. Third-Party Integrations

Armogan integrates with third-party systems such as Kajabi, Zoom, and Stripe. We are not responsible for their privacy or security practices. Review their policies for further details.

13. Minors

Services are intended for adults 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflicts of law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located within North Carolina for all disputes related to this Agreement or your use of the Services.

15. Changes to These Terms

Armogan may update or amend these Terms at any time. The updated Effective Date will be shown above. Continued use of our Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Cancellation Policy

1. Membership & Subscription Cancellation: You are responsible for canceling before your next billing date to avoid renewal charges.

2. Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once processed unless expressly stated otherwise at purchase.

3. How to Cancel: Log into your main account → Settings → Billing Info → Cancel. You may also submit a request via the Contact Form.

4. Effect of Cancellation: You will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Policy Updates: Armogan may update this policy without prior notice. Updates take effect upon posting here.

Consent to these Terms is obtained at checkout when completing a purchase.
Armogan records acceptance timestamp, name, and IP address as proof of agreement.
